Drawing on my consulting background I combine my experience in Creative, UX & Service Design, with Business Analysis and Project Management to explore problems from different angles, before delivering a tailored set of recommendations based on every client’s specific set of goals and challenges.

On all of my projects, I work closely with SMEs, stakeholders, and stream leads to rapidly understand the problem space and co-design desirable, feasible, and viable solutions that push the status quo and help organisations to compete in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

As a Product Design Lead, I spend the majority of my time on the tools – planning and running client workshops, research or collaborating on UI designs and user flows. Fostering high-performing and positive team culture where each member can deliver their best work is what I strive for every day.

Aside from day to day delivery work, I enjoy getting involved in team initiatives like design critique sessions, developing training materials, or hosting panel discussions.

My clients thank me for the high standard of work I deliver, and the energy I bring to every meeting – whether it’s a fun fact of the day or the get-it-done attitude that ensures all actions are closed out and the projects’ momentum is maintained.
