Drawing on my consulting background I combine my experience in Creative, UX & Service Design, with Business Analysis and Project Management to explore problems from different angles, before delivering a tailored set of recommendations based on every client’s specific set of goals and challenges.

From practical design delivery to ambitious future-state visioning, I have been fortunate enough to work across various industries with some of the world’s (and Australia’s) favorite brands and best tech teams.
On all of my projects, I work closely with SMEs, stakeholders, and stream leads to rapidly understand the problem space and co-design desirable, feasible, and viable solutions that push the status quo and help organisations to compete in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
As a Product Design Lead, I spend the majority of my time on the tools – planning and running client workshops and research activities or supporting my design teams of up to 12 members. Building high-performing project teams and creating a positive environment where each member can deliver their best work is what I strive for every day.
Aside from day-to-day project delivery, I enjoy getting involved in additional initiatives such as co-leading the Learning & Development pillar at Deloitte Digital, or hosting panel discussions on Personal Branding.
My clients thank me for the high standard of work I deliver, and the energy I bring to every meeting – whether it’s a fun fact of the day or the get-it-done attitude that ensures all actions are closed out and the projects’ momentum is maintained.
